Attention Senior Swimmers - WI State Athlete Representatives Election

WI Swimming is accepting applications for Athlete Representatives.  EBSC is proud to currently have a member on the four person team - Lucy Thomas.

 

Two Athlete Representatives are elected each year for a two (2) year term or until their respective successor is elected.  At the time of election, Athlete Representatives must:

  • be an Athlete Member or a Seasonal Athlete Member in good standing
  • be at least sixteen (16) years of age or at least a sophomore in high school
  • be currently competing, or have competed during the three (3) immediately preceding years, in the program of swimming conducted by WISI or another LSC
  • have his or her place of permanent residence in Wisconsin and expect to reside therein throughout at least the first half of the term (other than periods of enrollment in an institution of higher education)

Athletes who wish to run for Athlete Representative must send a short description of themselves (including full name and team) and why they want to represent the athletes of Wisconsin to the Athlete Liaison, Angela Monty, and Senior Athlete Representatives at [email protected] by 6pm, March 31, 2023.

 

The election for the Athlete Representatives shall be by Club House of Delegates Athlete Representatives present at the 2023 Annual House of Delegates meeting at Carroll University in Waukesha on Saturday, April 29, 2023.
