HOME SWIM MEET AGREEMENT

All swim team members are required to participate as set forth in this Home Swim Meet Agreement. WYNS sponsors multiple swim meets each year.  Home meets are held to raise needed funds for our organization. I understand that my family is expected to work the required amount of shifts at each home swim meet held during a season in which my children are registered.  The number of shifts required will be posted on our website and communicated to members via email.

• If my child is a WYNS registered swimmer in January, February or March I will work the required shifts at YMCA Sectionals Meet- (currently held in March).  

• If my child is a WYNS registered swimmer in April, May, or June I will work the required shifts at BSG- (currently held in June).  

• If my child is a WYNS registered swimmer for September, October, or November I will work the required shifts for Turkey Splash- (currently held in November).  

• If my child is a WYNS registered swimmer for December, January or February I will work the required shifts for Iceberg Meet- (currently held in February).  

If something prevents me from being able to work, I agree to find a replacement for my shifts.  I understand that if I do not sign up, or am unable to find a replacement, that I will be charged $75.00 per shift.
