WYNS Scholarships

WYNS has scholarship opportunities and can offer both full or partial participation fee scholarships to those who qualify.  The scholarship only covers participation fees not any YMCA membership, swim meet, or USA registration fees.  Scholarship families are still asked to participate in volunteer requirements for home meets or other fundraising opportunities.

A full scholarship does require the recipient to pay $5/month for participation fees, and a partial scholarship covers 25%, 50%, or 75% of participation fees.  The level of scholarship is based on qualification for USA Swimming Outreach and Woodson YMCA Financial Assistance.  If you would like to find out if your swimmer is eligible for a scholarship please contact the Mike McQueen, Head Coach, at [email protected] or by calling the Aspirus Branch (715) 841-1850.
