The West Texas LSC is developing ways to better serve its members. We are working hard to develop our programs within individual teams as well as within the entire West Texas area to create greater unity within the LSC. As we grow, our strategic plan will also grow. We are taking steps to ensure we are compliant with USA Swimming's rules and regulations while working hard to maintain the autonomy and identity of West Texas and its members. The following document is one that the Board will continue to review and revise as we grow.
