Tori Bailey : Head Coach
Tori is a 2021 graduate from the University of Sioux Falls in Sioux Falls, SD. While at USF completing her bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems and Business, she swam all 4 years.
Prior to college, Tori grew up here in Casper and graduated from Kelly Walsh in 2017. She also swam for 4 years at KW, and was a state qualifier for 3 of those years. During her time on the KW swim team, she was a 2016 confrence title holder in the 100 breaststroke, and also held titles and records as a part of relays throughout the years.
Tori swam for Casper Swim Club starting in 2010 through 2017, but didn’t start seriously competing and traveling around until she thought “maybe I want to swim in college”, her sophomore year of high school.
Her time on CASC, KW Swim Team, and USF Swim Team have allowed her to meet a lot of different coaches and teams throughout Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota and of course, Wyoming. While this is the first time she has coached in a while, she has also coached for CASC before under Nick Hopson in years past. Along with coaching, Tori has also helped with middle school swimming, Red Cross lessons, and had been apart of the staff for SwimAmerica for about 8 years.
Tori is very excited to come back to our swim club and help us grow!
Collin Baldacci : Assistant Coach
Collin is a lifelong swimmer who competed for both Casper and Gillette club and high school teams during his career in Wyoming. Throughout his career he built up a reputation as a student of the sport, constantly spending time studying film and learning about new ways to improve. This led to him swimming at the collegiate level at UNLV where he was all-conference in the backstroke events. During his career Collin was also very involved in the administrative side of swimming, serving as an athlete representative at many different levels and culminating in an appointment to the USA Swimming Sports Medicine and Science committee.
Olivia Schmidt : Assistant Coach
Olivia is currently a junior at Kelly Walsh, and has swam on the team since her freshman year. She started swimming for Casper Swim Club at about 8 years old, but wasn't super competitive until she entered high school. Olivia qualified for club state a few times in middle school, and qualified for the 100 butterfly her last three years of high school.
Olivia has also taught both group and private swim lessons in the past, and is excited to help out on deck!
