While the summer season is on-hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will put useful resources here to help athletes and families stay engaged, fit and healthy, and to use this time to learn more about the wonderful sport of swimming. Please take a look and tell us about anything you found useful so we can share that information out with other members (just drop us an email [email protected] or [email protected]).   • Total Body Dryland Workout for Swimmers Great workout for swimmers. Blue/Black groups should try to do this (or something equivalent) 3 times a week. Yellow/White groups should try for 1X a week (either in one session or split over two sessions).

  • USA Swimming Community Coronavirus Resources USA Swimming has a dedicated coronavirus resource page with links to swimming focused webinars and podcasts. There are live and recorded dryland training sessions, educational and motivational talks. 
  • At Home Swim Training.This website has a huge range of on-point dryland sessions, interviews, tips, and more; especially geared toward middle and high school swimmers.
  • Lifetime Health & Fitness Online Classes. Lifetime Health & Fitness of Casper are regularly posting online classes that can be done from the comfort of home. Check them out!
