While the summer season is on-hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will put useful resources here to help athletes and families stay engaged, fit and healthy, and to use this time to learn more about the wonderful sport of swimming. Please take a look and tell us about anything you found useful so we can share that information out with other members (just drop us an email secretary@casperswimclub.org or coachnick@casperswimclub.org). If you have other suggestions we welcome hearing these too!
