The Flying Fish Arizona Swim Team will begin hosting swim clinics again this year!

FAST swim clinics will be led by coach Carl and will have FAST coaches assisting the events depending on the number of swimmers that register in advance.

We will provide event invitations when each event has been posted for registration. Please register ahead of time (at least three days prior), this will help in making sure that we supply the appropriate number of coaches and reserve enough lanes.

Swim clinics will have a number cap of 20 swimmers only, you do not have to be a FAST swimmer in order to participate. If we fill up and numbers allow, we will provide another clinic option on the same day (2-4pm). Look below for the clinic details and dates.

Swim Clinic Registration:

• All clinics will take place on Saturday from 12:00-2:00pm @ OVAC. If we need to add another clinic option, we will offer the second clinic from 2-4pm @ OVAC.
• The fee for each clinic will be $100 per swimmer.

Each clinic will include:

• Video demonstration
• Live in-water demonstration
• In water coaching
• Individual video analysis with coaching notes (swimmers - keep these videos)
