Castle Rock Swimming is seeking an experienced and energetic Head Coach to lead our year-round competitive team in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Ideal candidates should provide leadership and guidance to swimmers, assistant coaches and volunteers. The head coach of ROCK should also be capable of developing and implementing a vision for the team with clearly defined long and short term goals.

Wet Side
Oversees all swim groups and helps develop training plans for each group. 
Creates opportunities for competition. 
Actively coaches one or more swim groups. 
Attends meets and manages coaching coverage for practices and meets.
Dry Side
Works closely with the Board of Directors to ensure that decisions affecting the team are being made with the collaboration of team stakeholders. 
Manages daily operations of the team.
Provides opportunities for swimmers, families and coaches to communicate.

Holds regular coaching meetings. 
Manages the administrative side of the team, including meet entries and scheduling. 
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrates exceptional organizational and leadership skills. 
Experience in developing swimmers from entry level age group swimmers to National Qualifiers. 
Excellent communicator (verbal and written). 
Member in good standing with USA Swimming including being current on all background checks, certifications, and athlete protection training. 
Proficient computer skills (Team Unify, Team Manager, Google Suite/MS Office). 
Basic financial skill set (P&L statements, budget process). 
Experience in mentoring/developing subordinate coaches. 
ASCA Level 3 or equivalent experience. 

RACE swim team is hiring a part time assistant coach to join our team as soon as possible! We are looking for someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about working with swimmers of all ages and abilities to join our coaching staff. RACE is a small, year-round USA Swimming club that practices at RallySport in Boulder, Colorado. Throughout the year, we utilize both indoor and outdoor pools and facilities for swim practices and dryland training. We currently have about 60 swimmers on our team, ranging from ages 7-18, and are growing! Our mission is to empower individuals through the sport of swimming, and to foster a positive, lifelong connection between the athlete and the sport by creating a safe, inclusive, and fulfilling environment. We are looking for someone who believes in our mission and who wants to be a part of something great!

5280 Swim Team is looking for an assistant coach to assist at practices, and potentially at swim meets. Applicants should have some competitive swimming experience and/or coaching experience. Developmental Coach Wanted For CMA - We are looking for someone who lives in the Colorado Springs area to be the lead Developmental coach for the Cheyenne Mountain Aquatics Swim Team. The job requires an individual with enthusiasm, lots of energy and creativity, a strong understanding of current competitive swimming stroke techniques, and willingness to work with up and coming little swimmers. This coach would be in charge of the three developmental groups for CMA which are designed to take swimmers who have passed lessons and prepare them for age group swimming.
