DEI Committee Educate. Initiate. Celebrate.

  • The IES Board of Directors are committed to removing barriers for our members of underrepresented populations through education and support. The BOD is motivated to encourage long term success in life through swimming.
  • Our DEI Chair is working on reaching out to recruit more athletes to join the DEI Committee, so that our LSC is getting more representation across the board with our athletes.
