Level 1Introduction to the sport of swimming. Once the athlete is comfortable in the water and can fully demonstrate their ability to swim on their chest and on their back, they're ready to learn all four strokes.

Level 2 - Introduction to competitive swimming. The athlete must have the ability to demonstrate all four strokes and be comfortable enough under the water to display streamline under the surface. Starts, turns and legal swimming are the focus of this group.

Level 3 - Once all four strokes are more natural to the athlete, interval training and repetition are introduced along with reading the pace clock and completing advanced drill work in a highly competitive practice environment.

Junior - These athletes are expected to excel in their age group and demonstrate competitiveness in practice and in meets of all sizes. Junior swimmers are required to take responsibility of their focus and work ethic before moving to the Senior Group.

Senior - Our Senior swimmers are self-motivated and self-disciplined, they thrive in competitive environments and strive to be a role model in the pool as well as away from the pool.
