Develop strength and endurance at home! All workouts listed below can be changed to be challenging for ALL SWIMMERS of ALL TRAINING GROUPS. To increase challenge, change one of the following FITT principles

FREQUENCY- Perform the workout for an extra round, or add an extra dryland workout per week.

INTENSITY- How hard are you working? If things start to feel easy, make an adjustment to challenge yourself.

TYPE- Is there a more challenging wat to perform the exercise? Try something new! Or, try a different workout or exercises to switch things up.

TIME- Add more repetitions to each exercise, or perform each exercise for a longer period of time.
