DSMY swim team is a year round competitive youth and adult swim team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. We offer training at four of our YMCA branches in the Greater Des Moines area. DSMY is a member of YMCA Swimming, USA Swimming and Masters Swimming.
