Coach Higley enters his 32nd year as head coach for TCY Swimming.

He holds ASCA's highest coaches certification rating as a Level 5 certified coach and has been a continual innovator since his early years at TCY.

Over the years Coach Higley has lead or assited in several local and regional swim clinics beyond TCY Swimming at Fellowship of Christian Athletes Summer Camps, Lehigh University, Pa. Summer Camp, Fitter & Faster Swim Clinic - hosted @ TCY Swimming and TCY has hosted many olympic clinicians as well as area, region, and nationally known and respected head coaches.

The TCY Swimming program has produced many C&P Swim League, Regional, State, and National Level Swimming Standouts and will be competing this year in there 23rd straight YMCA National Swimming Championship this year.

TCY Swimming takes great pride in seeing there many swimming alumni move on to swim and compete at the collegiate NCAA level at such great colleges and universities as - Xavier University, Bucknell University, United Staes Naval Academy, Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, Washington College, Gettysburg College, Salisbury University, Mt. St. Marys, Randolf Macon, University of Maryland, Davidson College, Towson University, Niagara University, University of Deleware, Mary Washington University, Lehigh University, Marymount, Lafayette College,Susquhanna University, Worchester Polytechnic, University of Wisconson, Emory & Henry College,Washington & Lee University, Loyola (MD), Marymount University, Randolf Macon College, UNC Charlotte, West Chester University, Pa.

TCY prides itself also on focusing student athletes on the importance of pursuing continual personal excellence academically.

Focused on technique and continual stroke and race and training detailed improvements have been the foundation for TCY Swimmings continual and consistent growth over the years.
