A message from parent and team fundraiser organizer Dave Isby:

Hi Parents of the Polar Bears Swim Team, 

We’re doing it again this year!  Selling Superbowl squares as our January team fundraiser for the Polar Bears! 

With the Superbowl on Sunday, February 12th, we are looking to fill three (3) grids, or 300 squares giving out a total of $1,500 while raising $1,500 for the Polar Bears.  In order to do this, we are asking each Polar Bear to sell eight (8) squares at $10.00 each, but you are certainly welcome to sell more.  I believe we have about 40 swimmers, so we should be able to fill three grids.

A reminder we will be awarding the following:  Q1:  $100, Q2:  $100, Q3:  $100 and Q4/Final Score: $200. 
That's a $500 payout and $500 going to the Polar Bears, per grid.

As you sell squares, please either email me ([email protected]), or text me (413-441-9249) with the name(s) you sold square(s) to and the swimmer that did, so we can keep track and start entering them on the grids. I will keep everyone updated.

The deadline for selling is Sunday, 2/5/23, and I need to collect square money by then.  Conny and I (as many of you) are at the Y numerous nights a week, so you’re welcome to hand us square money when you see us, or you can Venmo money to @David-Isby, if that is easier.  If you are paying by check, please make payable to "Berkshire Family YMCA" and in the memo, indicate "Polar Bears Team Fundraiser."
