Email is our primary source of communication!  We send emails almost weekly with updates about team functions as well as happenings during practice.  If practice is ever canceled abruptly, we will send an email as well as post on the team website.  Once you have paid both the registration fee and the practice fee, you will be added to the email list.  If you are not seeing emails, please let us know!


Most information for upcoming meets and events will be posted on our website.  The website is also where athletes are signed up for upcoming meets, parents sign up to volunteer, and other special team functions are registered for.  Second to emails, the website is our biggest form of communication.
