- Dryland will start at 5:00 instead of 4:45pm
- Kyla will be guest coaching.

Upcoming Events
- Wednesday Happy Happy Hump Day Hot Chocolate
- Who: All Groups after practice
- What to Bring: a NON-Breakable Mug and spoon. This will eliminate our waste.
- Parent Volunteers - We need parent volunteers for Group 4-5-6 & Fitness 2 to help serve the hot chocolate to the swimmers as the coaches will need to coach.

- PASA Senior Meet & Candy Meet Champs - November 19 @ Gunn High School- Detail information will be sent out to those swimmers attending on Wednesday
- This is a fundraiser meet for our site of PASA so we will need additional help in the running of this meet.
- We are asking for additional parent volunteers at this meet to help beyond just timers. You can sign up for a volunteer job HERE
- We are asking any Group 1 & 2 swimmers who are available and interested, to come volunteer as well.
Arizona Team Travel Meet - December 1 - 4- PASA Menlo Park will be sending 8 swimmers to this fun age group championship meet at Arizona State University.
