- Group 1-2-3 No Dryland due to the Arizona Meet. Practice 5:30 - 7:00pm
- Friday, December 2
- Group 1-2-3 No Dryland due to the Arizona Meet. Practice 6:15 - 8:00pm- Reminder that Group 4 no longer has dryland on Fridays. Practice 5:30 - 6:45pm

Upcoming Events
- Wednesday Happy Happy Hump Day Hot Chocolate
- Who: All Groups after practice
- What to Bring: a NON-Breakable Mug and spoon. This will eliminate our waste.
- Parent Volunteers - We need parent volunteers for Group 4-5-6 & Fitness 2 to help serve the hot chocolate to the swimmers as the coaches will need to coach.

Arizona Team Travel Meet - December 1 - 4- PASA Menlo Park will be sending 8 swimmers to this fun age group championship meet at Arizona State University.
