THS Fundraiser - Wine Tasting

Calling All Synchro Supporters:

Our February Fundraiser will be a wine tasting on February 10th from 4-7pm at The Wine Cellar, 525 NW Saltzman in Cedar Mill.  Advance purchase tickets are required, no tickets will be sold at the door!  Tickets are $15 per head, and come with a flight of wine to taste (usually 5-7 wines).  The event is open house style, so come anytime from 4-7pm.  For tickets email ThsPresident.or@gmail.com. Attendees must be of legal drinking age.

  • A percentage of all wine purchased, plus gift sales, during the event will benefit the team
  • There will be a merchandise raffle and/or 50/50 raffle at the event.

For current competitive athlete families (Novice, Inermediate, and Age Group): You are required to sell a minimum of 4 tickets per family (including your own tickets).  We'd like to have as many of your family and friends attend as possible; please post on social media and e-mail to all your local contacts.  This event is only sucessful if we sell all 70 tickets available.  It provides the recipient with a flight of wine to taste (usually 5-7 wines).  The event is open house style, so come anytime from 4-7pm.  A portion of ALL wine (not just the wine tasting wine) and gift sales during the event also go to our team, in addition to $10 for each ticket sold.  

Coaches & Masters: We would love to see our Coaches and Masters Swimmers at the event and have them bring friends and family, too.  All funds go to benefit the club as a whole.  

Mermaid/Mermen: Families of our developmental program are welcome to attend and sell tickets to family and friends. Mermaid/Mermen families are not required to purchase tickets.

If you have any items to donate to the raffle or have business connections and can obtain a gift certificate, stay at a vacation home,  tickets, etc. to be raffled off donations are appreciated and will go toward your volunteer hours.
