The Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center is located north of Brown Deer Road (Hwy 100) and east of Green Bay Road (Hwy 57) on Schroeder Drive.
FACILITY:
Indoor, 50-meter pool, non-turbulent 6-1/2 foot -17 foot depth and 7 foot wide lanes. Colorado Timing equipment will be used. One back-up timer will be used in each lane. The competition course has been certified in accordance with 104.2.2C(4). The copy of such certification is on file with USA Swimming.

*THREE POINT ENTRY AT BOTH ENDS OF THE POOL WILL BE ENFORCED
MEET FORMAT FOR SATURDAY: The 2 AM sessions will have events offered for 12&U and 13&O. All events will be timed finals and there will be fly-over starts. THERE WILL BE A 15 MINUTE IN WATER BREAK AFTER THE 200 BREAST AND THEN WE WILL BEGIN THE SECOND MORNING SESSION. The PM session will offer the 800 and will be swum fastest to slowest alternating girls and boys. Meet management does reserve the right to limit heats if for some reason there are time issues. There will be a maximum of 700 entries allowed for the entire day. Entries will be taken on a first come, first serve basis until the meet is full or we reach a 6 hour time line in the AM session. No reservations will be taken for this meet.

Two (2) individual events in morning sessions
One (1) individual event in afternoon session

$8.00 per individual event
$2.00 Wisconsin Splash Fee
**800 swimmers will need to provide a timer and counter.
MEET FORMAT FOR SUNDAY: There will be two sessions for the sprint portion of the meet. Athletes of all ages are encouraged to participate and need to have ‘BB’ time standards for the age group that they are in at the start of the meet. Athletes can enter up to FOUR events. There will be a maximum of 1400 entries taken for the 2 sessions. Entries for this portion will be taken on a first come, first served basis until the meet is full or reaches 5½ hours for both sessions including the in water break.

$2.00 Wisconsin Splash Fee (only pay this once for the weekend)
**THERE WILL BE A $4.00 FACILITY USER SURCHARGE PER SWIMMER REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY SWIM ONE OR BOTH DAYS OF COMPETITION.
OFFICIAL RULES:
Current Official 2011 Long Course USA and Wisconsin Rules shall prevail for this meet. Swimmers must be current USA Swimming members. Age as of May 21, 2011. Out of state entrants must bring current USA Swimming cards. Coaches must display their current coaches card while on deck.
ELIGIBILITY:
Swimmers must have a minimum of a ‘BB’ time standard in each event they swim in the morning session (for their own age group) on Saturday and Sunday. For the afternoon session on Saturday, please see time standards below.
ENTRIES:
This meet will be run using the HY-TEK MEET MANAGER for Windows software. Export a meet entry file from Team Manager and e-mail it as an attachment. Upon completion of the meet, results, a commlink file and a MM Back up file will be posted on our website. Please send a hard copy of your entry with your entry summary and a check for entry fees. All entries should be submitted with Long Course times.

DISABLED SWIMMERS:
Please indicate on the entry form any special needs for those athletes requiring assistance. Also, please inform the head official of those needs prior to the start of the meet.
