Executive meeting of WSI 3/6/15 at Winter State in Laramie
Meeting began at 3:30pm

Clint began the meeeting at 3:30pm
Teri is creating a transaction list every month or every quarter to create transparency with the treasurer's position.
Our corporation has been reinstated with the state.
She found a $275 inconsistency with what Krystal reconciled in April 2013.
Teams are wanting to pay by credit card. The board doesn't like the idea of doing it as it could cost us a lot in transaction fees.
Slush funds will be created for each of the teams. 
We have a credit card issued to Wyoming Swimming. It's in Teri's name. Keisa and Dannette are going to zones. They need subcards under Teri's card and their cards will be canceled when they return from their trips. 
Teri wants to cancel the debit card.
All of our money is in 1 account. Teri wants to move 1/2 of it into savings. Teri moved that we move 1/2 of the money to a savings account. Tom 2nd the motion.
The board voted to create the account.

ZONES
Team Unify Site - who runs it. Who has the password for it. We need to get it set up to take money for seniors separate from age groups. Might be Dannette Baldacci.

For 2013/14 zones we spent $17,518.55 out of our budget.
We voted to spend $17,500 at our Fall HOD meeting.
Clint mentioned that there will be senior swimmers not attending senior zones because they'll be attending Futures or JR Nationals.
Jennifer Page would like to go to a registration clinic.
