Competitive Training in the Train-to-Train stage
of the Long Term Athlete Development Model
This program is aimed at swimmers 11-12 years and over. Swimmers will be introduced to more challenging training concepts and will begin to build their base for Senior level training. The primary focus will continue to be on developing technique, skill and endurance as well as having fun.
Swimmers will compete in local competitions, invitational meets, Provincial Championships and work towards qualifying for Age Group National Championships.
