2022 Summerfest = Sun? Showers? Swimming!

The Saskatoon Goldfins Swim Club will head to Moose Jaw, SK to compete in the 2022 Mike Mintenko Summerfest Swim Meet – June 18 & 19, 2022.  There will be 43 Goldfins taking on their competition in the open elements as they will be racing in their only outdoor meet of the 2021 – 2022 swim season.

“For our youngest Goldfins swimmers, this will be their final meet of the 2021 – 2022 swim season.”  said, Jennifer Robinson – Head Development Coach.  “Swimmers traditionally have a very fun time at this meet, as they get to spend time outdoors with their teammates and coaches during this final Saskatchewan Invitational meet of this season.” 

The Meet’s Schedule will be as follows:

Saturday, June 18, 2022 – Warm-Up – 9:00 AM & Competition – 10:00 AM

Events: 200 Freestyle, 100 Backstroke, 400 IM, 50 Fly, 50 Breaststroke, 50 Freestyle, 200 Backstroke, 100 Breaststroke & 400 Freestyle

Sunday, June 19, 2022 – Warm-Up – 8:00 AM & Competition – 9:00 AM

Events: 100 Fly, 50 Backstroke, 200 Breaststroke, 100 Freestyle, 200 IM & 4 X 50 Mixed Free Relay
